Our Hiring Process

  • Review and Evaluation your Application 

    Review and evaluation your application and CV through list of pre-list of questionnaires to have better understanding of your skills and experiences related to the role 

     

  • Round 1: Practical Task and Assignment (for Technical Roles)  

    This round is only applicable for the technical roles such as: Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Data Analysis, GIS Analysis, Frontend Development, Full Stack Developer, Machine Learning Engineer, and others. 

     

  • Round 2: HR Interview 

    Initial face-to-face online interview with a recruiter to understand more about her skills and experience, and culture-fit dynamic with our company's culture

     

  • Round 3: Final Interview  

    Technical interview with the line manager and specialist for the technical roles and if applicable. The line manager might be applicable to senior roles and any role that reports directly to the management team. 

     

  • Congratulations - Hiring and Onboarding  

    Once you successfully pass all the rounds and we are ready to hire, we shall make you an offer. Once you accept the offer, we shall start the hiring and onboarding process. Hooraaaay 🎉
